The Pershing

Topped with nautical charm.

Creating space.

Nestled on a narrow lot in Manasquan, this home relies on design to give each of the four bedrooms on the second floor an extra sense of spaciousness while fully embracing coziness. Light woods, cool tones, vaulted ceilings, wide windows, and skylights achieve the effect wonderfully.

Beauty and budget.

The couple knew what they wanted in the home and had a set budget in mind. One of the most rewarding aspects of the build was delivering on the details while staying within the budget. From features to flooring to finishes, the simple things stand out, all through the lens of making a 30-foot lot feel like the traditional 50-foot lot.

Seeing is believing.

Our 3D rendering software is always helpful—and in this case, it was essential—in allowing our clients to see the design before going forward with the build. These homeowners especially appreciated the peace of mind in knowing the details were all accounted for.

A breath of fresh air.

We maximized the outdoor space, too, most notably with a custom cedar fence that’s less isolating than a typical white vinyl fence. The backyard is peaceful and private, with a view out to the surrounding beach community. It connects to a beautifully simplistic second-floor deck.

A splash of character.

Every custom home has that one thing everyone loves. Here, it’s unanimous. The Walpole Whale Weathervane reminds guests, neighbors, and anyone whose eye it catches that life is good at the Jersey Shore.

We’re not just building a house. We’re designing your home.
